Here’s some work we’ve done for The Italian Rice Council, who wanted to promote the use of Risotto rice in the UK. Getting more established now, but still underused as a menu item – we shot and produced a 24 page recipe book that was mailed to a Caterer & Hotelkeeper database of chefs and available from a freephone number in BBC Good Food, Good Housekeeping and She magazines.
